My first trip of 2014 took me to north-eastern Switzerland (and across the border to Austria) with work. But with a fresh calendar of holidays to use, I decided to stick around and explore Vaduz and Zürich.
I’ll be posting quite a bit about my Alpine travels in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, here’s a selection of my shots to whet your appetite.
Enjoy!

I cannot stand snowless winters. It’s just so dry and grey and wrong all-around. I am so excited about the forecast snow tomorrow morning!
I wouldn’t mind some good snow in the UK now, but Zurich was so bright and sunny and warm, it didn’t feel like winter at all – I sat down next to the river and felt like I was sunbathing! 🙂
Great photos, I’ll be looking forward reading about Zurich 🙂
Thank you – glad you liked them. I will be posting about Zurich as soon as I find time to sit down and write something…
